The following general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the MÖKKI sauna by the client (the “Client”).
1. The Client acknowledges and accepts all risks inherent in using the sauna, including physical injuries, illnesses, or even death. Additionally, the Client accepts responsibility for any material damage that may occur.
2. The Client is solely responsible for any damages caused to individuals or property resulting from the use of the sauna.
3. The Client is responsible for all electrical installations associated with the sauna.
4. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the use of the sauna, including obtaining all required permits from local, state, or federal authorities.
5. The Client acknowledges the risk of water infiltration into the sauna in the absence of adequate roofing and agrees that MÖKKI Sauna cannot be held liable for such infiltration.
6. The Client accepts full responsibility for any consequences and obligations resulting from the use of the sauna.
7. The Client is solely responsible for damages resulting from improper use or inadequate maintenance of the sauna, including long-term or repeated use.
8. The Client acknowledges the possibility of delivery delays and understands that MÖKKI Sauna cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
