Whisk made from a refreshing combination of birch twigs and mint sprigs. Very aromatic and energizing whip!

Sauna whisks are made during the summer, usually until mid-summer. At this time, the leaves of the trees are rich in essential oils and aromas. Our sauna whisks are 100% organic and handmade by native Latvians. After cutting the tree twigs, they are tied using thin pieces of natural linen twine and dried in a well-ventilated barn. When the whisks are dry enough, they are individually wrapped in bags that provide air circulation and protect against mold. Individual bags also make the whisks more convenient to store.

A sauna whisk massage stimulates blood circulation in the body. Additionally, it produces a substance that kills harmful bacteria. After the hammam with sauna whip, there is nothing better than immersing yourself in a cold water pool. The temperature difference will give you an immediate blood rush and keep you in a good mood for a long time afterwards.
